In short: you can delete your Alibi — Fake Call Escape account from inside the App in four steps. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account and everything stored under it are removed, and there is no grace period or undo. If you pay for Alibi Pro, cancel the subscription first (see Section 04) — deleting the account does not cancel it.

01

How to Delete Your Account

The App deletes accounts itself — you do not need to email anyone or wait for us to act:

  1. Open Alibi and sign in with the Apple or Google account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone card at the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, type the email address of your account to confirm, then confirm the deletion. The App only proceeds when the address you type matches the account you are signed in as.

When the request succeeds you are signed out and the account no longer exists. Re-installing the App or signing in again with the same Apple or Google account creates a brand-new, empty account — it does not restore the deleted one.

If you cannot sign in

Deletion from inside the App requires being signed in, because that is how we verify the request comes from the account owner. If you have lost access to your Apple or Google account, email privacy@gcdm.studio from an address you control and describe the account. We will verify ownership as far as we reasonably can and delete the account on your behalf.

02

What Is Deleted

Confirming the deletion removes all of the following immediately:

Data Where it lived
Your account itself — email address, the name your sign-in provider shared, and the sign-in record Supabase Auth
Your profile — nickname and avatar photo Supabase database and Storage
Your scenes and callers — names, phone numbers, emoji, scripts Supabase database
Your custom ringtones — the audio files you imported Supabase Storage
Any voice samples and cloned voices from earlier versions of the App, including the voice model held at our synthesis provider Fish Audio Supabase Storage and Fish Audio
Everything else keyed to your account — call history, quota counters, preferences stored in the cloud Supabase database, removed by cascade

Data held only on your phone — local preferences and cached audio — is removed when you delete the App or clear its data. That part is under your control, not ours.

03

What Is Kept, and for How Long

We keep no copy of your account after deletion. Two categories survive it, and neither is ours to erase:

Support emails you sent us are kept for 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. If you want those removed sooner, say so in your deletion request.

04

Cancel Alibi Pro Before You Delete

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so only they can stop the renewal. Cancel first, then delete:

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, and deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund — refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Questions

What we collect in the first place, and why, is set out in our Privacy Policy. For anything about deletion that this page does not answer, email privacy@gcdm.studio. We aim to respond within 30 days.
