Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Social Escape Kit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Social Escape Kit development team ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Description of Service

Social Escape Kit is a mobile application designed for entertainment purposes. The App provides:

• Fake call simulation — realistic incoming call screens with customizable caller profiles, ringtones, and vibration patterns.
• Script library — pre-written dialogue scripts for various social scenarios to use during simulated calls.
• Scheduled triggers — countdown timers and scheduled triggers to initiate fake calls at a specified time.
• Escape history — a record of your simulated call activity for personal reference.

The App is intended solely for personal entertainment and social convenience. It is not designed or intended for use in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

User Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account to use its core features. Some optional features (such as cloud backup of settings) may require authentication through a third-party provider (e.g., Apple ID, Google Account).

If you use any account-linked features:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App to:

• Commit, facilitate, or promote any fraud, scam, or deceptive practice.
• Impersonate law enforcement, government officials, emergency services, or any real individual with the intent to deceive or cause harm.
• Make fake emergency calls or interfere with real emergency services in any way.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or cause emotional distress to any person.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part thereof.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, icons, audio, software code, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Social Escape Kit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

• The right to copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• The right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• The right to use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization.

User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create custom content, including:

• Custom caller profiles (names, phone numbers, and profile photos)
• Custom audio recordings for use as fake call audio
• Custom scripts and dialogue templates

You retain ownership of any content you create. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.
• Does not impersonate real individuals without their consent.

All user-generated content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your custom content on our servers.

Subscriptions & Payments

7.1 Free & Premium Tiers

The App offers a free tier with core functionality. Premium features are available through a paid subscription, which may include additional caller templates, advanced scheduling, and exclusive script packs.

7.2 Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

7.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.

7.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• That the results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

We do not warrant that the fake call simulation will be indistinguishable from a real call in all circumstances, on all devices, or in all software environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Escape Kit, its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any social, professional, or personal consequences arising from the use or misuse of the App's features.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Escape Kit, its developers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content you create or share using the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or any applicable law.
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms shall survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Escape Kit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through the following process:

• Informal resolution — You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 14.
• Arbitration — If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in our jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Social Escape Kit.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify users of material changes through an in-app notification.
• For significant changes that affect your rights, provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
